Metabolomics platform comes online
The Boston metabolomics core has run its first samples — a major milestone for the institute.
Led by Douglas Wheeler and Mandy Duong, the metabolomics platform has now processed its first internal samples. The core combines targeted and untargeted workflows on dedicated mass spectrometers.
Once validated, the platform will become a shared resource for all IOCB Boston groups and a number of external collaborators.
